Telkom ***** and Cheats

They only get one star because that is the only way I can write this review. A sales person called me over 2 years ago offering me this 2yr contract as a pay as you go top up contract. Stating that after 2 yrs billing would stop and I would have to purchase airtime and data as needed. I need an extra phone at home it seemed like a great deal so I took it. Over 2 yrs later I am still being billed for it. I called the sales department because that was the only answered number I could find. Naturally this consultant denies that that is how the contract works and they will continue charging me R99.00 per month until I cancel so I gave a months notice believing that my last deduction would be end of Nov. Now I receive a final invoice for R203.00. How is that even possible, its more than double my contract fee and it is not an early cancellation. This contract had served its purpose and is no longer needed. Trying to cancel this contract has been an absolute nightmare and now this. They are *****, cheats and hide away from confrontations
