2017 I was offered a package fibre upgrade from 10megs to 20megs at R8 extra a month. They charged me over R100 extra every month.After phoning each and every month to complain and being promised telephonically a credit that never came. I eventually cancelled in about December 2018. There was a final month due but I figured they owed me more than R1200 the R800 odd that I owed would be covered by the money they owed me. They sent my account to lawyers. Once again I explained to Lawyers. Now Telkom denies that they have voice recordings of all these conversations and the Lawyers are going to Blacklist me.
