Telkom *****!!!

Its going on 3 weeks now and we still have no Wi-Fi at home as we have Fibre with Telkom. My husband and I have spent hours on the phone with various consultants and all they keep saying is that they will escalate our issue!! But all we want is a tech to come and sort out the problem!!! But Telkom loves to drag their feet and do nothing!!! No one gets back to you or is even bothered but come the end of the month they still want thier payment for a service we are not getting!!! I warn you all that are thinking of getting Fibre with Telkom or anything with them, dont!!! Run far away as they dont give a service or a dam!!!! They just take your money!!!!!
