Telkom - Liable for negative impact on Credit Rating

I have been notified that Telkom will not service my area back in 2018. I was then given a wireless phone and a wireless modem with LTE as an "Upgrade" given Telkom chose to no longer support my area.

I have multiple queries on my Telkom residential account. These include; * Notice of no service * notice of receipt of wireless alternative products * notice requesting activation of services (multiple ones) * notice that my services have not been activated * notice of dispute * notice of cancellation

The problem is, all the internal systems at Telkom are BROKEN. So as a consumer I'm billed for services which aren't even active...... Really??

Then further to this their internal processes kick in and notify debt collecting agencies to start chasing arrears amounts (for services that aren't even active AND whilst I'm in a dispute phase with Telkom)

Further to this I was informed that the dispute has been closed and not resolved, then I'm told that the dispute was re-opened and a credit was raised against my account PS: this second dispute was created internally on the 7th of July, but it's the 4th of July, really.....

Anyway, long story short. A supervisor at Telkom (Nomi Mti) is assisting me as best she can and I'm hopeful that she will assist with resolving the matter.

Things I'm truly upset about are; * Being billed for a service that isn't in use as it hasn't been activated by Telkom * Being chased by Debt collectors for arrears monies whilst I'm in a dispute phase

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!!! * The negative impact this is having on my credit rating which currently stands at 97%

I want to make it public that all costs in regards to remediation mesures to fix my credit rating will be at the cost of Telkom and I will hold them liable for any negative credit ratings.
