telkom letter

I just want to let people know how Telkom likes taking money from us and never follow up on the request one needs, last month on the 9th June I needed a paid up letter from them till today no one has responded to mails and even ABSA asked Telkom the for the letter and till today I’m still waiting for Nokuthula Hlongwane, Mtheki Tsuputse, Nomazulu Mpofu Nothando Mlonyeni to respond. I even cancel since I don’t see a point working with them and yet even month they debit my money.

Now they sending me letter saying I need to fill my account with money so that they can debit and yet they can’t send paid up letter... wow T
