Telkom let's ********** activities slip through the cracks

<p>So it seems I am back, this time to defend my dad from being a victim of ***** through Telkom. Case number: TK13123 On behalf of my father, Mr. MG Basadien: telkom account number - ********** 57164. It appears that a number linked to his account has been purchasing airtime from my telephone account and transferring the airtime to another number. the number buying the airtime is ********** 330 and the numbers who the airtime is being transferred to is ********** 635, ********** 498, ********** 03. We have requested Telkom to block all the above mentioned numbers from having access to his account. After paying his actual ADSL bill in august, his line was disconnected because of the additional payments he was unaware of. His current bill, in a space of less that 14 days has sky rocketed to over R4 000. I have requested technical support to investigate the above mentioned numbers and none of them are RICA'ed which raises a red flag. Hence, suspicion of *****. These costs involve re-connection fees, additional interest on airtime i have not paid for as well as the actual airtime purchased on my account by these **********. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!</p>
