Telkom let me down

It's very unfortunate. I have been with Telkom for years now and it saddens me to have to resort to this public complaint. I've been trying to receive a new cellphone since the 13th December 2024. I am yet to receive it. I've called in on numerous occasions and informed the many different people I spoke to that Skynet is not delivering the phone amd claiming I am not home. It is now 2025 and I'm yet to receive the phone. I am contemplating canceling everything with Telkom and perhaps moving to a different service provider. Extremely disappointed 😞
