Telkom Let Down!!!!

Its sad that in his digital age you find your self being forced to go out and enter a store rather than be able to do things online, So I was due for an upgrade on Telkom but due to a system error I was told I would have to go to a Telkom store with my proof of address, now why as a preexisting contract customer( been with Telkom for three years now) I am sad how primitive Telkom is being by not allowing me to email these documents they require and then processing my request
