Telkom lenasia trade route malls pathetic service

Telkom Lenasia Trade route has been neglegent with my personal documentation which can be easily ******, I app**** for Fibre around 20th June 2021 and went back for a follow up on 3rd July, my application was lying with all my personal details on the desk without any1 attending to it, to date my application is not submitted and the call center refuses to assist as their guidance was to go back to the branch, lenasia telkom trade route Mall have a don't care attitude with no customer care skills, I was promised a call from the lenasia branch Monday morning which again they **** to me.
