Telkom lenasia incompetancy

<p>We went to telkom to apply for internet connection and after doing all the paper work for almsost an hoir we realize lady helping us loades wrong product when we had to pick up the moderm she made us wait extra 40min to fix it it and re load it few days later we realize she loaded wrong deal again.we rated the lady zero on service nothing was done about it now we are stuck with something we didnt want vooling period has passed .we want telkom to please load the right deal or cancel the contract we will try other network providers</p>
