Telkom at Traderoute mall Lenasia... Staff extremely unprofessional and unqualified... Poor customer service.. lack of s****s... Nightmare in resolving any issues.. I had a problem with my sim card, they insisted it was a problem with my fne.. when I did a Sim swap they realized it was my sim card. This is the 3rd sim swap I needed to do.. two gentleman were helpful. One lady was very rude and abrupt.
