Telkom - Legal *******

Went to the Telkom store at Gateway and did an early upgrade of my contract. The store agent advised that ALL I will need to pay is R1588 as an early upgrade fee + the new contract installment to which I agreed with the total being R2788. I then get billed R6869. Telkom now says that the amount taken out was R1588 x 3 months plus the R1200 for the new contract to which i never agreed. Even the contract states R1588. They are a bunch of ******, STAY AWAY
