Telkom Legal Department Contact Details

I am looking for the contact details of Telkom's Legal Department. I am an Attorney and Telkom have nearly 2 years ago removed our landlines and installed Telkom fibre. They kept on sending us an account for the one of the lines that was removed and have even refer this to a debt collector. I am looking for the contact details of their Legal Department contact as I want to issue an application against them to stop pestering us for payment of a landline which they removed when they installed the fibre.
