Telkom Legal department

i need the details of the Telkom legal department to resolve a matter that has been going on For 8 months in respect to duplicate accounts - i cant seem to get my account cancelled because of this issue I cant find ONE person that is willing or able to consolidate these accounts and enable me to use my online service with Telkom and then cancel my services
