Telkom- legal ******

I'm a sick and tired of these people worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I have 1 account with telkom for my home wifi. They debit me 3 times a month for ridiculous amounts. I have called them numerous times and they promise to sort it out. They stop for 1 month and do the same damn thing the next month. You people are just "legal" ******. My bank charges are being affected everytime I reverse these debut orders. Stop messing around with people!!!
