Telkom leaves us with no services

<p>Telkom Technical couldn't care less about their customers. Our line went down for 10 days this month, up for 3 and down again last Thursday. We reported the fault. It is still there - day 5. The technician reckons he will come tomorrow. They do not work after hours or over weekends. How can Telkom not have at least some after hours and weekend services? They are a disgrace</p>
