Telkom - Lazy Useless Call Centre Agents.

DISGUSTING SERVICE,ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. 5 days of no internet connection and many agents later only to keep being told its not their problem an we just need to wait, we asked one of them what if it takes a year before someone gets back to us and she promptly told us wel then it takes a year. Paying a small fortune for a service we are being denied because of useless lazy call centre agents!!!!!!
