Telkom laptop special

I went to Telkom in Kolonnade to order a laptop they have on special and signed a contract. I have been waiting for almost tree weeks for feedback. I have been phoning crazy and they kept saying they are waiting for stock. Today I got a hold of the right person and they tell me my laptop was cancelled on the 3rd of November because they did not have stock. They never told me this even once even though I have phoned multiple times. I am very upset about this. They could have let me know. I want to take this further, I have a written contract. How can you sign a contract and just cancel it without letting me know. I still want that contract but I want the special price that ends tomorrow.
