Telkom laptop deal false advertising

Telkom a deal valid from of a Huawei laptop with Router, mouse, laptop bag and Microsoft Office. I did receive the other materials except for microsoft office as the branch claims that microsoft office is no longer part of the deal. On purchasing the device at Telkom Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth I was advised that it was part of the deal. This is not right as when purchasing something you look at everything. now that its no longer part of the deal I have to get my own?????????
