Telkom Langeberg Mall SHOCKING POOR PATHETIC SERVICE

Something has to be done to Telkom branch in Langeberg Mall Mossel Bay, PLEASE??? On 29 November 2021 we were waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes outside before we were let in only to find out that Hannelie is not competent at all being of any help. Luckily Ian was able to help with this problem. People have been complaining on fb a few times about Telkom in the Langeberg Mall which service is pathetic to say the least. This is unacceptable poor service... only TWO people serving all the clients then on top of it one of the two not being able to help. Hannelie was busy with one client for an hour and he left very upset also not being sorted with his problem. The "manager" was not at all being able to help..... this was shocking!!!! We are not going to leave this unsolved... one star is to much for rating...!!!!!!
