Telkom Langeberg Mall

On 3 December 2025 I signed a contract with Telkom for the Samsung A56 promotion which last until 7 December. After signing the contract Mr Kwezi told me that they dont have the phone in. This was ibconvenient already because I just drive 100km especially to be in Time for the promotion. But as I signed in time Mr Kwezi assured me that in time I will receive the Samsubg Fit3 watch, earpods, R500 accessories voucher abd 3 months Prime subscription. I drive 3 times to Telkom Langeberg Mall. I received very poor communication from Mr Kwezi. As I dont have the contact details from the shop I were forced to drive to Mossel bay. Up to date I received the phone 2 and a half weeks after signing the contract but none of the promotion articles. If ****ible I would load the promotion adverti*****t and my signed contract
