Telkom landline relocation not happening.

On 2019-02-18 I gave Telkom notice that I wanted to move my landline. On 2019-02-28 my line was cut by telkom to relocate. That's where it stopped. Nothing happened after that. Numerous phone calls to the call centre did not help either. I have sent also sent messages via Facebook and Twitter still no response. On 2019-03-05 I was promised that the technician will come to my house on 2019-03-06 also a no show. To said I am gat vol is an understatement. If the review had a 0 I will give that to them.
