Telkom Landline out of service since 19 Jun 2017

My telkom landline is out of service since 19 Jun 2017 technician was here for 5 min, came into my house never saw or heard of him or telkom.

Phone number of times to telkom after holding for ever no luck with any service or help!!

As i sit here i am holding on for them again 23 min and still counting.....

How will it ever be resolved ,i need to pay promptly every month for no voice service.
