Telkom Landline Out of Service

We live on a farm in the Klein Karoo and our Telkom line ***) has been out of service for a fortnight. We are cattle and sheep farmers who are trying to feed the nation but still need to communicate with the outside world! The Telkom Ref No is 432CWZ060815. Each time I contact the local Telkom repair man (Thys de Bod) he advises that he has NOT received the complaint. How can this possibly be the case? I have even tried to escalate this complaint with Telkom but nothing has happened. When I SMS Telkom they reply with \Please note that a fault has already been reported on this telephoine number. The reference number is 432CWZ060815."I am not alone as other farmers in the area also have no Telkom service. Please help us!
