Telkom landline out of order since 07 July 2015

On 7 July, our 2 Telkom landlines were reported out of order. I have received 3 sms' since then informing me that a technician would contact me to arrange a time to repair the cables that were cut. I have made numerous calls and sent even more emails against my reference and escallation number but to-date the only thing I've received amounts to empty promises. On Thursday, last week I spoke to a supervisor who also promised to call me back once she had looked into my problem, still no call or arrangement. This is totally unacceptable.
