Telkom landline out of order for more months

<p>I have reported 2 landlines under reference numbers 342CTZ030217 and ********** 25 respectively. One line is disfunctional for more than 6 months and the other for 3 months. Telkom does not respond other tha to send a systems generated SMS with the above reference numbers. My monthly line rental and other fees however still accumulates and I must pay in order to prevent blacklisting. Can telkom please fix my lines, refund the payments for the period where there was no service as a matter of urgency? </p>
