Telkom landline - no response!

I registered a landline on 4 July 2018. They said a technician will come out to connect the line. On 23 July a technician phone and said they never received the order. They came out and could not find the line....although there was a line connected to the property only 4 years ago. I never heard anything again.....still waiting for my connection!!!!! Order: ********** 07 I tried phoning in but waited for 15minutes on the line without any response.
