Telkom Landline fault reported 15 November 2019 Ref ***9

Telkom Landline not working. Reportedd the fault on 15/11/2019. Today the Open Serve Technician informed me that Telkom will not fix/replace the faulty cable and I must contact Telkom for an alternative solution for my landline and ADSL line (which stopped working today) #BlackFriday
