Telkom landline cancellation request

Good day,<br> <br> I have contacted the Telkom call center on 10210 on Saturday to cancel my landline. <br> <br> I was requested to send an email with a copy of my id for this request but got a email to state that the email address is not valid. <br> <br> I would hereby request to give notice on my landline and that my services be suspended from the 7th of April 2016.
