Telkom landline cancellation

I want to cancelled my landline service with Telkom to try and safe monthly costs. But I am unable to cancel their service as the email address to send my ID copy and cancellation document as requested is not working and my request for service cancellation on their online self-help service is logged for already 3 months. And apparently they cannot help me at a Telkom shop. No-one is picking up when dialing them.
