Telkom landline and internet not working

Complained on 09-12-2017 of above. Informed from call centre that technician will attend to matter. Made numerous calls about progress but no feedback up until 05-01-2018. Consultant said matter has been escalated to manager, Reference no ********** 4. Unable to speak to manager because he is busy on another call. Consultant said that the manager will call me back.
