Telkom Landline Account Blocked Despite Being Up To Date

My Telkom wireless landline account has been paid up and I have 19 cents credit on my account. However Telkom has locked the account, despite multiple calls in the past 36 hours their IT dept is so useless that they are unable to lift the block. The last Telkom customer service agent was very unhelpful and my customer experience with her was very poor.
