Telkom landline

My query from October 2018 still not resolved. Between the call centre and Telkom office personnel everyone tells you a different story. Promised follow ups never happen. You have to repeat your story every time you call with no definite resolution. With all these delays we my loose our landline number that we have for over 25 years!!!!! Even the manager cant help....maybe Hellopeter can .
