Telkom land line not working and bad service

My landline was been ****** on the 18 Aug 2018 and is still off. All the neighbors phones are working from the 16 Sep 2018. So now I want to know why do I have to pay for a service that I didn't have for almost 2 months. The Internet is working now from the 01 Oct 2018 but the phone is not. I will not pay until this is sorted. I send emails, web, reported via phone, cell phone, Facebook, Twitter now on Hello Peter, what does it take just to send a response, but yes its Telkom. Fix this and make a plan with my bill. Want my money back asap.
