telkom land line

<p>A telkom line was ordered last week (13/02/2017) , only to be told that the there is no infrastructure. This is not true as the infracture is there , cable is just physically cut and just need to be repaired. </p> <p>I am 100 percent sure that telkom did not come out to actually check . There was a telkom line installed</p> <p>at my property before, so the excuse for cancelling the order is total BS. Please assist, Im getting no joy from the call centre. Please open order again and get a telkom tech to meet me at my property and I will </p> <p>show them where the line is.</p> <p>my Ref is: ********** 52A</p>
