Telkom Lairs

I have a WIFI router with Telkom, and because my contact expired, I decided to upgrade my package. I received a call from a consultant at Telkom, very nice female. I was initially offered a package but wanted something better. I was then told that because I've been a loyal Telkom member I would receive 20gig data day and 20gig data night data for only R299. I confirmed with the consultant several times on the call that this is what i will be getting..... Only to find out when I recently looked at my invoice that I only receive 10gig of data day and 10 gig night and I'm paying R304.56......This is really pathetic for someone to lie, as I could have rejected the offer had I known what I was getting and paying, and sign up with another service provider. I believe this is common with Telkom.

Now I am stuck with this **** for 24 months!!!This will be my last business ever with Telkom.

So everyone out there, be very careful when Telkom consultants call you, they are ******* and *****.
