Telkom lacks putting client needs first and ***** money through expired contracts

I would like to express my deepest and greatest disappointment with the Telkom service. In December 2017, I cancelled 2 of my contracts because these were expired and I didn't need. I went to all their available channels to process cancellation request but every month, they charge me. They ignored all my request. I visited their branches numerous times, sent e-mails and sms advising of my cancellation request. The service is so ridiculous I am lost with words to explain. When I call their contact centres, they now tell me their systems are down and I must constantly follow up. To date, they haven't cancelled these contracts and have already billed me for the month including these expired contracts. I have objected to their debit orders over and over but no one is helping me. What is worse is I don't use those contracts hoping these will be reversed retrospectively. I even took 2 more new data contracts with Telkom in Nov 2017 and I instructed the sales person to cancel the old contracts.. I have lost energy in trying to resolve this with Telkom and every month they continue to charge me. Telkom doesn't have escalations process and their staff does not care whether client's needs are met. I advised the contact centre that I will be reversing the debit order and report to Hellopeter, they did not care and showed no interest to resolve my query. The matter has been dragging and unresolved since December 2017. This actually amounts to *****ing at gross level.
