Telkom Lacks Customer care/service

Wow!! me again rating Telkom. Can you believe the same lady from TELKOM called me to question why I disputed my escalation again... Can telkom teach their peeps a bit of people management skills or customer care. I really should have taken her name, and once again she dropped the call me. they have such great customer service, i am shocked. Anyone know how i can escalate this matter even futher?
