Telkom lack of stock, upgrade is turning out to be a nightmare

I have been due for an upgrade since Feb 2021. I have been to the stores on several occasions and there is never availability of stock. It is my time and fuel to keep running out to the stores because we cannot call the stores. The phones go into engaged or is never answered. We are now in april going on May and I have not upgraded. All I want is to upgrade and get the phones I have chosen. I also want to be fairly compensated for the inconvenience and loss on my side that I had to incur due to Telkom's inability to meet my need. I want to upgrade and give telkom money but Telkom seems to not want this and source what I need.
