Telkom lack of service ?? What service????

I have been trying to cancel my sisters fibre line for 1.5 months. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT it as usual.

It took 6 months to cancel a landline number

Service??? No way this goes back to the days of HELLKOM
