Telkom lack of service

My shop phone has been faulty since 4 Jan 1019. Fault reference 22CEZ040119. Up to now, there has been no attempt from Telkom to repair the line. I shudder at the loss of income because of the communication isolation. I have sent email to ********** and even initiated a chat session on the Telkom help site. Telkom committed to repair the phone in 48 hours but it appears that they are using a different time scale to the rest of the world. I am out of options. A business without a phone, is dead in the water...
