Telkom LACK OF SERVICE

I have been trying to get hold of Telkom help services from 9 am up until now - 11:22am, on my Telkom number. I have been left to hold for more than 10 minutes on 3 separate calls, with the annoying automated voice informing me that all their agents are currently busy!!! So for the past 2 hours no agent has been available to help me with my query. When I call the Telkom shop at Wonderpark I get the same automated answer telling m that all their agents are currently busy...I'm in dire need of my bill and are unable to obtain it... This is totally unacceptable, frustrating and making me angry. Then you have the audacity to inform me that you appreciate my patience. Work on your service...!!! And fix my query
