Telkom - lack of response and service delivery

I have been trying to get in touch with Telkom for nearly 2 weeks now, only to be transferred from department to department. I was also informed that they do not have a legal department - surely I was misinformed since it is such a huge company? I would definitely definitely DEFINITELY never recommend Telkom to anybody. Service is shocking, no one seems to have a clue about what is going on and I have not been adequately assisted with my urgent request.
