TELKOM LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE

I would give a ZERO rating if possible. How on earth does a person contact Telkom My Telkom phone has not worked for weeks. It is hopeless. They keep on changing numbers, offer no customer care, yet big boys get big salaries.
