Telkom-Lack of Communications Company

I have had telkom issues with my landline since August. I tried several times to speak to someone, as I had logged it numerous times, each time being told the problem is resolved; but it was never resolved. I even received an sms saying I would receive a credit to my account due to my problems, yet when I received a bill in September, my bill was alot higher than normal and yet I had been unable to make or receive calls.

I then went into a branch to complain and request for closure, and have my bill zerorised. I was told that the account was closed but the billing department would be calling me within 15 minutes to discuss the bill. I have still not received a call. Nor have I been able to contact Telkom, For a Communications company they are Notoriously Difficult to get hold of.
