TELKOM - LACK OF ASSISTANCE

Good Day, for about 6 weeks now I have been receiving calls on my 3G FLLA WI-FI Phone. The numbers all begin with 021 492 and then have different numbers as the last four digits. When you answer, there is no-one there. This happens tome about 3 times a day. if you google the number you can see that it is a ****. As there does not appear to be anyway to block the numbers on the device I have, I have called Telkom several times for assistance. None of the consultants have been able to assist, some have actually just put the phone down before even trying to help. Has anyone else had this problem, it is intensely irritating.
