Telkom lack of accountability

My number when called by a business number says it doesnt exist?they call my wife also on telkom and it works? I call 180 Telkom CS who refer me to Telkom shop, I go to Telkom shop they say the problem will be esculated, Esculations come back and say its resolved, and the problem just continues again, I call Telkom on 180 CS they refer me to Telkom Shop. Telkom shop says They will esculate, Escutions says its resolved with no resolution, my only option is to cancel with Telkom
