Telkom Kolonnade bad service

Telkom in Kolonnade mall has the worst service ever. Me and my wife went to upgrade and actually renew both contracts but it was just frustration

When arriving we asked for a booklet and was handed 1 and that booklet was the only 1 in the store.....had to share with a few people so looking at what we can get was not a good experience

When we where looking at the devices one was loose from the holder and a consultant just came and no no no like I was a child. If the stand is broken don't place a dummy phone there in the first place.

The same consultant then asked our number to assist us and we went to him and said we looking at the Samsung A series . He rep**** there is no stock and would recommend the new apo phone which is actually much better. We insisted to stay with a brand we like and he kept saying Samsung is really not the best anymore etc.

He then said there is no stock of any of the Samsung anyway and we asked to check all all branches for we want Samsung. He then returned saying now they have stock . But a min ago he did not have but wanted us to us a different brand .

We then started the process and gave my id and said he needs proof of residence and asked for the wifi for they say on the door free wifi. He tells me its not working i must go to the bank. I then told my wife he doesn't want to help and will go to a different branch. He then said okay you can use our wifi.

I turned and told him straight you don't want to help us for then you don't have stock then you have , then the wifi is off then working. You don't want to help us and its is **** service and left

While exiting the the center he called me and said the manager will allow me to use wifi.

Like no sense of service nothing!!!!!!
