Telkom Kolonade services stink and yet people complain there is no job and you call this service

Hi, I am writing in regards to the extremely bad service and attitude from the Telkom Kolannade branch. I have made an SIM/ data contract with them two weeks ago with Barbara. Have been there twice so fat to find out why is it taking so long for it to be activated since I have all by business fibre, phone contracts with the. The second time around Barbara said that she cannot do anything because it was sitting at head office for approval. I went in again today and another two ladies looked up the application on the system and said it was declined because Barbara did not update the company registration on the system but I had provided with all the documents. When I asked them to help they said they cannot and just was very rude and was just having a good laugh about it.
