Telkom knows how to take money but not how to provide services

For the past 4 months I have tried to get telkom to cancel a value added service that I have been paying for but not receiving... Went into stores and called their call centres daily.

Eventually the store at Mall of the South assured me they had it cancelled but to my surprise I will be paying for it at the end of October AGAIN!!

They take your money without and remorse but refuse to help and to be honest the people in the call centre and those in the store don't know any better.

Terrible service Telkom!
